The CReSPo (Center for Political Science Research at UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles) was established in late 2001.
Under the leadership of its first director, Olivier Paye, it quickly developed into a leading center for the analysis of public action. Its research activities gradually diversified to cover various fields, including Europeanization, citizen participation, international relations, peace policies, and social policies.
The CReSPo is currently led by Florence Delmotte and comprises around thirty members. It regularly organizes seminars and conferences, and participates in several Belgian and international research networks.
