Cette thèse reconstruit trois trajectoires de Syriens appartenant à la « génération Assad » (1970-2000) en Belgique : la quête d’un diplôme (1970-1980)\, d’un emploi (1980-1990) et la demande d’une protection internationale (1990-2000). Sur la base de ces trois trajectoires\, la thèse examine les transformations des modes de gouvernement en Syrie dans ces séquences temporelles spécifiques. La recherche combine ethnographie\, archives et entretiens\, permettant l’analyse d’une variété de dispositifs tels que les universités\, les configurations de marché et les églises. L’articulation de ces trajectoires d’itinérance avec l’étude de l’exercice du pouvoir en Syrie permet de mettre en lumière l’articulation de différentes logiques — économiques\, politiques\, confessionnelles et éducatives — et de multiples configurations d’acteurs — l’État syrien\, les citoyens syriens itinérants et l’État belge. Ce travail va donc au-delà du binôme fuite forcée-répression\, pour montrer un éventail d’arrangements et de possibilités d’itinérance. La génération Assad permet ainsi de reconstruire des manières d’exercer le pouvoir qui contribuent à renouveler les débats sur la relation entre l’État et la mobilité. \n  \nAbstract \nThis thesis reconstructs three trajectories of Syrians belonging to the Assad generation (1970–2000) in Belgium: seeking a degree (1970–1980)\, employment (1980–1990) and international protection (1990–2000). Based on these three trajectories\, the thesis examines the transformations of ways of governing in Syria during these specific times. The research combines ethnography\, archives and interviews\, allowing for the analysis of a variety of instruments and devices such as universities\, market configurations\, churches. Linking these trajectories of itinerancy with the exercise of power in Syria highlights the articulation of different logics – economic\, political\, confessional and educational – and multiple configurations of actors – the Syrian state\, itinerant Syrian citizens and the Belgian state. This work therefore goes beyond the binomial relationship between forced migration and repression to show a range of arrangements\, possibilities and ways of becoming itinerant. In this way\, the Assad generation is thus making it possible to reconstruct ways of exercising power that help to renew debates on the relationship between the State and mobility. What if your first awareness of a political issue was one that politicians seem unable to solve? KIDSONCLIMATE investigates how young teenagers’ awareness of the climate crisis\, and the emotions it generates\, might impact their (dis)engagement with politics at different levels (national\, local\, European). It uses existing quantitative data from the IEA (International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement) International Civics and Citizenship Education Study (ICCS) along with innovative qualitative methodologies with 13-year-olds and their parents in two countries (Belgium and France) to ask: how do the emotions generated by the climate crisis impact young teens’ support for the political system they live in and their feelings of political belonging? What are the social\, political\, educational\, and media factors that influence these emotions? Quant aux migrants en provenance de Pologne ou d’autre états membres de l’Union\, s’ils ont le droit de travailler\, ils n’ont pas droit aux prestations d’assistance sociale auxquelles les Ukrainiens ont droit.
